Looking at the video by MOYA of Telling Tales it has two elements. Both of which are linked to the idea of water (like what we want to do however we want three elements to the video). It is important that each aspect of the music video - e.g lip-sync and stylistic element all link to eachother so then it comes together to make one product. There are many things that make this video what it is. It isn't just her swimming in a pool she has many props.I have made a list of hte things that are in MOYAs video:
- Her singing in the boat
- Books all over the water
- The water is in a tent
- Her swimming underwater
- Balloons
- Ribbons
- Other girls underwater
- Bubbles
- Door
- Man underwater
- Trees underwater
- Different lighting (seasons)
- Blue man
We do not have the budget for all of these extras. However looking at this video we decided we prefer the idea of making it more sureal like the one that is computer generated (where the girl is looking for something and turning around)- not only will it be easier but we actually prefer the look of it too.
