The idea so far..

Thinking about our idea and shots that show what we want to capture in the video. This shows the three different parts of the video and what each of them are - for example if they have a lip sync. By looking at this it makes it clear to us what costume/props, set design we need to sort out to create these locations and shots.
1) The girl in bed daydreaming. There would be no lip sync to this part of the video. However we are contemplating the idea of having a projection of water over this shot so that brings together the water elements with each of the elements in our music video.

2) The girl by the water looking into water. There would be a lip sync. This brings together the two worlds. We could do an interesting thing with reflections to show the two worlds coming together. One thing that we need to decide is what is the water going to be - beach, pool, pond?

3) The underwater world which will be quite sureal. This would be the stylistic element of the video. We would obviously want all of the colours and tones to not clash and there not to be a big contrast so we would edit the tones and colours. However we do want there to be a difference between the dream world (underwater) and the real world (her in bed).
